Two decades of service, scholarship, and cultural pride across New England — rooted in the timeless legacy of Aligarh Muslim University.
AAANE is a non-political, non-profit, secular organization devoted to charitable, educational, literary, cultural, and social activities — promoting the interests of Aligarh Muslim University, its student body, and alumni across New England.
Our mission centers on strengthening ties among AMU alumni, supporting underprivileged students in India, and carrying forward the Aligarh movement started by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan over 150 years ago.
Established in 2002 by a group of dedicated AMU graduates in Massachusetts, AAANE has grown into a thriving community organization affiliated with the Federation of Aligarh Alumni Associations (FAAA) of North America.
